CURVE COFFEE TRAINING
Curve Coffee ran a workshop and barista training session for participants last month, teaching them how to operate the coffee machine, the backstory of coffee production, and how to make the perfect flat white.
We learnt about ‘cupping’ to taste the perfect roast and grind, as well as how coffee tastes from different parts of the world. This kind of training is a great step for participants who might want to work in coffee shops, and increased their confidence to work in the industry.
This is the third workshop Curve has generously run for us, and we’re so grateful for the team’s time and knowledge.
